I understand that the Destination Rolla Grant funds are awarded as budget allows and applying for the grant does not guarantee funding. 

The Destination Rolla Grant is a reimbursement grant. If awarded, I understand that an event summary form must be completed within 30 days following the grant in order to receive grant funds.

If grant funds are awarded, I understand the VisitRolla logo requirements as outlined in the guidelines. Failure to comply will result in loss of grant funding.

I understand that the applicant or a representative that has detailed knowledge of the planning and organization of the event may be asked to appear before the grant review committee.
