The Phelps County Historical Society will hold its Spring Meeting on Sunday afternoon, April 24th, at 2:00 PM at the Old Courthouse, 305 Third Street, Rolla. The program, co-sponsored by Missouri Humanities, will be Kathleen Boswell as “Sincerely Yours, Laura Ingalls Wilder.” Admission is free and everyone is invited to attend.
