The Fall (Annual) Meeting of the PCHS will be held on Sunday afternoon, October 24th, at 2 PM CDT in the Community Room of the Phelps County Courthouse in Rolla.  The speaker will be Dr. Brooks Blevins, the Noel Boyd Professor of Ozarks Studies at Missouri State University.  His topic will be “Blue Coats, Yellow Dogs, and Red Maps:

A History of Politics in the Ozarks.”  Professor Blevins is an insightful and entertaining speaker, and you will enjoy this presentation.
