The Phelps County Historical Society is throwing a Birthday Bash for Edmund Ward Bishop on July 20 at the Phelps Co Courthouse – Multipurpose Room.

There will be refreshments provided, and entertainment by the Phelps County Bluegrass & Gospel Society.
