Drawing Class & Open Studio
Heather Smith is an educator and watercolor artist. She earned her bachelors in education in 2013 is now earning her Master’s in Art Education at Mizzou. She is passionate about teaching children’s art and has taught kid’s art classes for Stanford University family housing, when living in the Bay Area, and at The Centre in Rolla. She also loves observing creativity in her young children and setting up art activities for them. She has been painting for 7 years and has taught several watercolor classes this last year. She’s on Instagram @heathersmithcreates and is offering classes for kids.
Drawing Class Thursdays 4-5 pm
- 8 and up
- Drawing exercises
- Monthly drawing projects that will teach composition, perspective, value, and shading.
- $55 per month
️Open Studio Thursdays 4-5 pm
- Open-ended projects and paint and paper available for use
- Sensory Bin available for play (rice, water beads, water, or dry beans)
- All ages welcome
- $7 drop in fee
