Community Events Meeting
The Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce will host a meeting for organizations holding events in the Rolla area. The meeting will be held at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, November 16, at the Rolla Public Schools Board Room inside Rolla Technical Center located at 500 Forum Drive.
The tourism branch of the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce is charged with bringing tourism to the region. This includes marketing Rolla as a destination for events, tournaments, meetings, and conferences. As we all start planning events for 2022, the Chamber would like to bring event planners together to share ideas, collaborate, and cross-reference calendars.
The purpose of this meeting is to prevent overbooking of events on the same day throughout the year and offer guidance on cross-promotion, volunteer recruitment, marketing, and other event planning ideas. Any organization hosting events in the Rolla area is encouraged to attend.
