Comments: Excellent Ribs, and pulled pork and beef sandwiches. I did the carry-out, but the inside had a great atmosphere and decor to enjoy a pleasant dinner. The potato salad is my favorite.

Comments: Actually called Randy's Roadkill BBQ and Grill, but is one of the best places in the state of Missouri for a wonderful dinning experience. They have an extensive menu with a little something for just about everyone. The Burnt Ends were some of the best in existence. After talking with the owner who seemed very passionate and gave all the customers in the restuarant personalized attention I got the opportunity to have the best BBQ I have ever tasted. Health conscience?? Nothing I have eaten so far (its been many times for me now) has any fat. The pulled pork, according to Randy himself is hand pulled and all grissle and fat is removed from the product. "We throw away about 40% of our product (fat) that other BBQ restaurants serve to you with a smile. The staff was very friendly and obviously know their BBQ. I have enjoyed every visit to Randy's and can't wait to go back for just one more "Roadkill".

Comments: After reading and hearing nothing but good things about Randy's Roadkill I was very eager to try it. Unfortunately my experience there was not a good one. My first complaint is that I wanted to order a combination plate of 3 meats. I wanted to have all 3 burnt ends. Our waitress informed me that they were unable to duplicate any of the meats and that if I wanted the 3 meat combination plate, I would have to choose from 3 different meats. I understand that she is just telling me the rules as they were explained to her and that it isn't her fault that I can't have all 3 of my meats to be burnt ends. (But this rule should be stated on the menu before someone orders) Our waitress did tell me however that if I just got the burnt ends dinner that it would be a very generous portion. Needless to say, the portion was not (in my opinion) generous. It was actually very small. My second complaint is about the actual service of our waitress. More specifically, refills (or lack thereof) I was finished with my drink before our food arrived. All through eating our food, our waitress never offered any refills. She did stop by to ask if everything tasted okay, but no offers of refills. In face, I wasn't offered a refill until I had been finished eating for quite some time; and that offer didn't even come from our waitress. I declined because I was already done eating and was more than ready to leave; I was just waiting for my wife and son to get done eating. A few minutes after that, our waitress FINALLY offered a refill. (Again, I declined) I could see it if it was really busy but the majority of the time, all 3 waitresses could be seen standing up near the front counter talking. My third complaint is of the burnt ends themselves. I guess what I think are burnt ends differs from what they serve as burnt ends. Just not the way I like them. I liked the burnt ends that Hickory Pit/Johnny's served. To me, those were really good burnt ends. Now, I know that Randy's Roadkill is not Hickory Pit/Johnny's; but I was just trying to explain what I like in regards to burnt ends. I will say that everyone was very friendly and courteous. There was a gentleman making his rounds to several guests there. (I assume this was Randy) He seemed like a very friendly, respectful person. The atmosphere was nice; the music wasn't too loud, and the place was very clean and well kept up. I am just sorry to say that my first (and last) experience at Randy's Road Kill was not good at all and I will not be returning. I will also not recommend it to anyone based on my complaints listed. I wish them well in their business and hope that it prospers and it very successful. Just not a place for me.

Comments: I've been all over the country (and world) and can confidently say this place has some of the best BBQ I've ever had. Every time I've been there I've had great service and Randy has stopped and talked to me. Randy's sauce is AMAZING! Whoever wrote that bad review needs to take a chill pill. Jeez, it was actually kind of funny though. :)
